TENT4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENT4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,637 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, SMC4, and ATAD2. Each is linked with TENT4A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT4A-to-partner and partner-to-TENT4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENT4A versus NSUN2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
