The most reproducible TEKT3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIFK_T223, EIF4G1, and TK1. Each is linked with TEKT3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT3-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT3 results are reported.
