Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TEKT3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TEKT3 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher TEKT3 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TEKT3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and UCS show a favorable association.

UVM, ACC, and THCA are the cancer types where TEKT3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
