TEKT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEKT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,967 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL9, RGS22, and MMRN1. Each is linked with TEKT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT1-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEKT1 versus TTLL9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEKT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEKT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
