TEF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 441 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-10P, RNA5SP379, and RNU6-99P. Each is linked with TEF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEF-to-partner and partner-to-TEF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-10P grouped by TEF-low versus TEF-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
