TEC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,530 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPA2, RMC1, and ZNF367. Each is linked with TEC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEC-to-partner and partner-to-TEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPA2 grouped by TEC-low versus TEC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
