Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,903 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, Mitochondrial calcium ion transmembrane transport, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TEC in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEC-to-partner and partner-to-TEC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway grouped by TEC-low versus TEC-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
