TEC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEC-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA2A, LYZL2, and PSG7. Each is linked with TEC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEC-to-partner and partner-to-TEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA2A grouped by TEC-low versus TEC-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
