Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEAD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,895 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMBR, HAMP, and KISS1R. Each is linked with TEAD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD2-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEAD2 versus NMBR in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
