TDRKH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TDRKH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRKH-associated genes across cancer lineages are H4C13, SPINK14, and PTH. Each is linked with TDRKH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRKH-to-partner and partner-to-TDRKH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H4C13 grouped by TDRKH-low versus TDRKH-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRKH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRKH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
