TDP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,798 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NELFB, PAIP2B, and PGD. Each is linked with TDP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDP2-to-partner and partner-to-TDP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDP2 versus NELFB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
