TCP10L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP10L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,441 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP10L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4727, LINC01784, and SNORD114-12. Each is linked with TCP10L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP10L-to-partner and partner-to-TCP10L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4727 grouped by TCP10L-low versus TCP10L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP10L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP10L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
