Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP10L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP10L-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, A-Raf_pS299, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with TCP10L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP10L-to-partner and partner-to-TCP10L results are reported.
