Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,430 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCT2, CCT3, and VTA1. Each is linked with TCP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP1-to-partner and partner-to-TCP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCP1 versus CCT2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
