Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,459 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL18, RPF2, and ACAT2. Each is linked with TCP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP1-to-partner and partner-to-TCP1 results are reported.
