Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,247 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R91P, SNRPEP8, and SRXN1. Each is linked with TCP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP1-to-partner and partner-to-TCP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R91P grouped by TCP1-low versus TCP1-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
