Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4G. Each is linked with TCP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP1-to-partner and partner-to-TCP1 results are reported.
