Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,346 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, and Sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with TCP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP1-to-partner and partner-to-TCP1 results are reported.
