TCP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH8, TBR1, and NDUFC2. Each is linked with TCP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCP1-to-partner and partner-to-TCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH8 grouped by TCP1-low versus TCP1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
