TCIM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCIM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,097 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCIM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CIAO2B, VIM_S72, and PARP4_S1722. Each is linked with TCIM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCIM-to-partner and partner-to-TCIM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCIM versus CIAO2B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCIM→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCIM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
