TCF24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,329 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF24-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSPP1, CCDC138, and ZNF567. Each is linked with TCF24 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF24-to-partner and partner-to-TCF24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF24 versus CSPP1 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.12.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF24→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
