TCF24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,974 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF24-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TFB2M, ESF1, and NOL10. Each is linked with TCF24 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF24-to-partner and partner-to-TCF24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF24 versus TFB2M in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF24→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
