The most reproducible TCF24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium ion transmembrane transport, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, and Regulation of monoatomic cation transmembrane transport. Each is linked with TCF24 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF24-to-partner and partner-to-TCF24 results are reported.
