TCF15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,076 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UCHL1, SAE1, and SQOR. Each is linked with TCF15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF15-to-partner and partner-to-TCF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF15 versus UCHL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
