Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TCF15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TCF15 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML), where higher TCF15 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCF15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.

LAML, KIRP, and OV are the cancer types where TCF15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
