Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCF15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNGR1, UBXN8, and SLC1A1. Each is linked with TCF15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF15-to-partner and partner-to-TCF15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCF15 versus SYNGR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
