Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCF15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,863 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCF15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-RNA complex assembly, Sodium ion transmembrane transport, and Protein-RNA complex organization. Each is linked with TCF15 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCF15-to-partner and partner-to-TCF15 results are reported.
