TCAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,251 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PMM2, SUPT6H, and COPB1. Each is linked with TCAP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCAP-to-partner and partner-to-TCAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCAP versus PMM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
