TBXT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBXT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,958 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBXT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBPJP2, OR2M7, and MIR6792. Each is linked with TBXT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBXT-to-partner and partner-to-TBXT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBPJP2 grouped by TBXT-low versus TBXT-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBXT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBXT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
