TBXT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBXT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 326 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBXT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic DNA damage checkpoint signaling, Mitotic DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, and Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with TBXT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBXT-to-partner and partner-to-TBXT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitotic DNA damage checkpoint signaling grouped by TBXT-low versus TBXT-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBXT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBXT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
