TBXT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBXT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBXT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMIGD3, RTP2, and BAAT. Each is linked with TBXT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBXT-to-partner and partner-to-TBXT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMIGD3 grouped by TBXT-low versus TBXT-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBXT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBXT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
