TBX5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,594 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MFAP2, EFEMP1, and VCL_S346. Each is linked with TBX5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX5-to-partner and partner-to-TBX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBX5 versus MFAP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
