Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,714 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, SLC8A3, and SUV39H1. Each is linked with TBX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX5-to-partner and partner-to-TBX5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBX5 versus CDKN3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
