TBX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,636 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM12, ALKBH1, and SNW1. Each is linked with TBX5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX5-to-partner and partner-to-TBX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSM12 grouped by TBX5-low versus TBX5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
