Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,159 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII vesicle coating, Cardiac septum cell differentiation, and Cell migration involved in vasculogenesis. Each is linked with TBX5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX5-to-partner and partner-to-TBX5 results are reported.
