TBX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGCZ, PRAMEF27, and CEACAM4. Each is linked with TBX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX5-to-partner and partner-to-TBX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SGCZ grouped by TBX5-low versus TBX5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
