TBX21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBX21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBX21-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG1B, ZCCHC2, and SKA1. Each is linked with TBX21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBX21-to-partner and partner-to-TBX21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG1B grouped by TBX21-low versus TBX21-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBX21→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBX21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
