TBRG4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBRG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,062 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBRG4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUS7, XPO5, and DDX56. Each is linked with TBRG4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBRG4-to-partner and partner-to-TBRG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBRG4 versus PUS7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBRG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBRG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
