TBR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,556 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NDEL1_S215, ARGLU1_S56, and CAVIN1. Each is linked with TBR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBR1-to-partner and partner-to-TBR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBR1 versus NDEL1_S215 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
