Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBL1X protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,454 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBL1X-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6KA1, TWF2, and GPR143. Each is linked with TBL1X in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBL1X-to-partner and partner-to-TBL1X results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBL1X versus RPS6KA1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBL1X→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBL1X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
