TBL1X

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBL1X mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBL1X-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASZ1, FAM47C, and HRG. Each is linked with TBL1X in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBL1X-to-partner and partner-to-TBL1X results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASZ1 grouped by TBL1X-low versus TBL1X-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBL1X→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBL1X) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
