TBCC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,513 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMTR1, XPO5, and ZNF318. Each is linked with TBCC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCC-to-partner and partner-to-TBCC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCC versus CMTR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
