TBCB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,837 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAE1, UBA2, and SAMD4B. Each is linked with TBCB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCB-to-partner and partner-to-TBCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBCB versus SAE1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
