Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,793 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, Anatomical structure homeostasis, and Cytoskeleton-dependent cytokinesis. Each is linked with TBCB in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCB-to-partner and partner-to-TBCB results are reported.
