Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBCB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TBCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXD1, OR11H1, and OR4K2. Each is linked with TBCB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBCB-to-partner and partner-to-TBCB results are reported.
