Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TBC1D7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,941 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RALYL, AKNA, and APOBEC3F. Each is linked with TBC1D7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D7-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D7 versus RALYL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TBC1D7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TBC1D7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
