The most reproducible TBC1D3F-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA metabolic process, Positive regulation of chromosome organization, and Macromolecule deacylation. Each is linked with TBC1D3F in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D3F-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D3F results are reported.
