Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TBC1D3F RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TBC1D3F data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher TBC1D3F RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TBC1D3F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and CHOL show a favorable association.

KIRC, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where TBC1D3F RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
