The most reproducible TBC1D3D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-arginine modification, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TBC1D3D in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D3D-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D3D results are reported.
