Across TCGA cell cohorts, TBC1D3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,521 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TBC1D3D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Target-directed miRNA degradation, Negative regulation of cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and mRNA 5'-splice site recognition. Each is linked with TBC1D3D in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TBC1D3D-to-partner and partner-to-TBC1D3D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Target-directed miRNA degradation grouped by TBC1D3D-low versus TBC1D3D-high in PANCREAS.
